Monsters vs. Aliens is an upcoming 2009 computer-animated 3-D feature film from DreamWorks Animation. The release date was moved up to prevent competition with James Cameron’s upcoming Avatar.[1] This will be the first computer animated movie which will be produced in real 3-D instead of converting the film into 3-D after it is finished, which will add $15 million extra to the film’s budget.[2] The trailer was seen with the movie Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa. The film is scheduled for a March 27, 2009 release.
